CPL Opticon/Concordance Image Utilities
Update: As of Concordance 2007, and especially Concordance 10, some CPLs
listed here may not work correctly. Especially any CPLs involving working with
Tags. Also, please be aware LexisNexis Concordance has released a new set of
CPLs specifically geared towards working with Concordance 10. I hope to get
those posted soon. - 05/31/2009

Imagbase.zip |
Small sample imagebase to demonstrate linking of
Dataflight's Concordance (text) and Opticon (images) programs. |
|
|
ImageCheck.cpl |
Checks for inconsitencies between database imagekeys and
entries in the Opticon DIR file. Reports any errors to a log file. |
|
|
imagepath.cpl |
Writes an image path to the Opticon ini file. Opticon then
prepends this typed in image path to every image location stored in the
imagebase. Duplicates "Imagebase Management | Path" function found in
Opticon 2.0 and higher. |
|
|
Invzn.cpl |
Utility program to extract inVzn directory names from
Opticon imagebase files (DIR/VOL files). |
|
|
Ipro2tif.cpl |
Extracts and inserts imagekeys from an IPRO log file into a
Concordance database. For migrating from IPRO to Opticon. |
|
|
load_opticon_notes.cpl |
Loads notes from Opticon's "sticky notes" feature into the
matching documents in the database. |
|
|
Optidump.cpl |
Extracts volume names and full paths of all images in an
Opticon imagebase (DIR/VOL files). |
|
|
Optiload.cpl |
Pulls "document break" imagekeys from an Opticon DIR file,
inserts those imagekeys into appended records in a Concordance database.
This results in Concordance records populated with the imagekey, which can
be used to pull up images in Opticon for online coding. |
|
|
Printqry.cpl |
Outputs delimited ASCII file in Opticon's "List" print
format (see Opticon's print dialog box). This allows for query-set image
printing control via ASCII list, rather than the normal DDE. Mainly for
users experiencing severe DDE timeout errors on their networks. |
